Our son was born with a cleft lip and palate and the Nuby 3-stage sippy was the only cup we could get him to drink from. Due to the cleft, doctors wanted the spout to be cut open so it flows slightly faster. Because of this, the spouts themselves deteriorate faster than normal. Being able to get replacements of just the part we need has been so helpful! They fit perfectly!

Like finding buried treasure!
My son has a lot of medical issues, including being on thickened liquids. He gets very attached to certain things that don't *have* to change as a result of needing to easily adapt so often. He's been using the Nuby 3 stage cup since he was a year old, and refuses ANYTHING else. I spent an insane amount of money replacing the entire cup every time a spout wore out because I couldn't find replacement spouts anywhere. Then I finally found these!! Wonderful price, great shipping prices & options, wonderful customer service (I once had a shipping address issue and they went above and beyond to fix it). The spouts last quite a long time, even with a 3 year old who likes to chew on them. They fit the cups perfectly and the only time they ever leak is when the spout is starting to tear away at the tip (aka, it's wearing out).
