Fun Feeding™ Spoons - 6 pack

My son has been eating solids for several months now. We have tried many different baby spoons over the course of the last few months, in an effort to find what works best for us.

Nuby gave me a pack of these long handle "Fun Feeding Spoons" to try out.

Pros of these spoons:

-The colors are so bright and fun! That's my favorite part about these spoons. I think they're pretty to look at, and because they're vibrantly colored, foods like carrots and sweet potatoes won't stain them like they have to some of our other spoons.

-They come in a 6 pack so you can stock up easily.

-They have a long handle to reach to the bottom of the baby food jar.

-They double as a teething toy! My son loved to use these spoons as a teething toy to chew on.

Cons:

-The bowl of the spoons are deep so my son never fully cleaned off the spoon with each bite. This could be because he's relatively new to solids and is still figuring it all out, but there was always food left on the spoon, even after he took big, good bites.

-The design of the spoon makes it so when they are set on flat surfaces like the counter, they often roll without stopping. They have rolled themselves off my counter and onto my kitchen floor too many times to count.

All in all, these are fun, colorful, kid-friendly spoons. In addition to working good for feedings, they also make a great teething chew toy too. That's a surprising bonus in my book!
